Adult (permanent dentition)

Problems

Abnormal sagittal co-ordination of the jaws

Retrognathic maxilla & prognathic and asymmetric mandible

Severe upper crowding (palatal ectopic eruption upper left 2^nd premolar)

Anterior and posterior cross-bites

Reduced upper lip projection in profile view

Treatment

Extraction of 2 upper premolars

Orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances (brackets)

Orthognathic surgery

Surgical interventions: Bimaxillary surgery
